The Challenge

Aditya Grand Vacation (AGVacation) is a full-service travel company offering a comprehensive range of travel solutions: domestic and international flight booking, hotel reservations across the world, complete holiday packages, visa services, cruise holidays, and specialised MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) arrangements. The company prided itself on end-to-end customer support, competitive pricing, and quality-first travel experiences values that simply weren’t visible online.

The core problem was discoverability. In a travel market dominated by large OTAs (online travel aggregators) and well-funded booking platforms, AGVacation had no meaningful presence in organic search results for any of their service categories. A traveller searching for “Maldives holiday package,” “international cruise booking India,” or “MICE travel services” would encounter dozens of competitor listings before ever encountering AGVacation if at all. The website they had was static, visually outdated, and lacked the structured content needed to rank or convert.

Beyond search, the website failed to convey the trust, aspiration, and professionalism that travellers expect from a premium holiday provider. The photography was low-quality, service descriptions were thin, and there was no clear pathway for visitors to enquire or book. The company was losing high-intent customers at every stage of the digital journey.

the solutions

The Plan

Monarch Web World approached the AGVacation project as a two-stage transformation: first, build an aspirational travel website that could compete visually and experientially with larger players; second, build the organic search infrastructure to drive qualified, intent-rich traffic to that website.

The website redesign centred on full-bleed destination photography the kind of vivid, immersive imagery that makes travellers feel the holiday before they’ve booked it. A prominent navigation structure gave visitors immediate access to the six core service areas: Flight, Hotel, Holidays, Visa, Cruise, and MICE, each with its own dedicated page. The Holiday and MICE pages were crafted with particular depth, as these were the highest-value services. For the packages section, a visual card-grid layout showcased destination imagery alongside clear pricing and inquiry CTAs.

On the SEO front, Monarch Web World developed a destination-led content strategy, producing optimised pages for high-volume travel searches across AGVacation’s key markets. Destination-specific landing pages for Maldives, international cruises, domestic packages, and MICE travel were built with thorough on-page optimisation, internal linking, and structured data. A blog content calendar targeting informational travel queries (“Best time to visit Maldives,” “How to plan a MICE event abroad”) was developed to build topical authority and drive top-of-funnel organic traffic over time.

"Bookings through our website went from near-zero to becoming a major revenue channel within months of the relaunch. Monarch Web World gave us a digital presence we are genuinely proud of."
